Digital and Analog Flexo Platemaking

VeriTrace utilizes ESKO’s latest HD computer-to-plate technology for digital plates enabling your graphics to fade to zero with a soft transition. For process color printing, our significantly sharper laser imaging allows you to produce a wider tonal range by reducing the size of your smallest printable dot. With HD Flexo Rotogravure & Offset, your print will stand apart from your competitors.

For less complex printing jobs, we also offer high-quality conventional analog plates utilizing the DuPont FAST system with resolutions up to 3,600 dpi. Analog plates are excellent for PMS colors and fine line work.

These state-of-the-art technologies produce the highest level of graphics reproduction while reducing workflow times and cost. Our plates are stored in an 18,000 cubic square foot, Class 5 rated vault.
